Cancellation Policy

Booking Rules: • Clients may book appointments up to 7 days before the session start time. • Cancellations must be completed at least 4 days before the session start time to avoid charges. • Reschedule are always free but need to be requested at least 24 hours before the session time. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: • Clients can cancel their bookings online: • More than 4 days before the session: No fees apply. • Between 4 days and 48 hours before the session: A cancellation fee of 70% of the session price will apply. • Less than 48 hours before the session: A cancellation fee of 100% of the session price will apply. Payment Details: • Payment details are required for all bookings to secure your spot. • Charges will only be applied according to the cancellation policy or session fees. No-Show Policy: • Clients who fail to attend their session without prior cancellation will be charged the full session price. • Automated emails or messages will notify no-shows about applicable fees. Group Bookings & Waitlist: • Group sessions are limited to 5 participants. • Waitlists are available for fully booked classes. Clients will be notified if a spot opens.
